Meraki Coaching Services, LLC was started in 2024 by Donna (Hawkins) Snyder on a simple vision: helping professionals connect with what they are overlooking within themselves.

Donna has spent decades in professional coaching, leadership, HR, and similar fields. Certified with Hogan Assessments, Weatherhead Executive Education at Case Western Reserve University, the Center for Creative Leadership, and the Predictive Index, Donna is drawn to the moments in which people are able to connect with their own presence and potential. Her career, team, and company coaching blends deep listening with a creative, strengths-based approach to solving problems that professionals face throughout the entirety of their careers. She believes what's already inside someone is more than enough. They just need the space to see it.

In her work with clients, Donna helps professionals gain clarity where things feel murky, confidence where self doubt has crept in, and language for what they already sense but haven’t yet named. Clients often come to her feeling comfortable on paper but disconnected, stuck, or unsure of their next move, whether they are navigating a career transition, stepping into leadership, recovering from burnout, or questioning a role that no longer fits. Through thoughtful conversation, reflection, and practical insight, Donna helps clients reconnect with their own internal compass so they can make decisions, lead, and move forward with greater ease, authenticity, and intention.
